More than 20 years in the making...

With initial development dating back to the early 1990s, ZPI was originally designed to help Zarpac Improvement Engineers easily assess the performance of manufacturing lines.

The software, originally called "PLE" met the immediate requirements of Zarpac Engineers by helping them quickly and systematically collect and display pertinent production improvement information. Over the course of time, the software developed from a manual system to an automated system, was released as a commercialized product, and eventually adopted as the standard performance improvement software of fortune 500 companies across the globe.

The ZPI software has forged a name for itself in the packaging world, leveraging over 20 years of combined knowledge to provide the actionable data that has helped customers save hundreds of millions of dollars.
